In the year 1977 the company «Grand Capital» was established in New-York, USA. The main activities of the company were hotel business & cargo carriage.

In 1992 the company opened its representative office in Milan, Italy. Its strategic areas of development were brokerage activity & industrial and civil construction.

In 2001 the company opened its representative office in London, the UK. Its main activity was trading in London Stock Exchange (LSE).

Saint-Petersburg’s representative office was created in 2005. Its main activity is to provide our clients with the possibility to make operations on the international financial markets including Russian market of shares & derivative securities. It offers a full range of brokerage services for individuals.

In December, 2006 the company «Grand Capital» signed a number of agreements with foreign companies, banks & brokerage companies about mutual partnership & father cooperation that enables our clients to work on international financial markets and our foreign partners on Russian markets.

In 2007 the international holding «Grand Capital», uniting the companies in USA, the UK, Italy and having the representative offices in the other developed countries around the world, opened the first specialized School of Traders «GRANDCAPITAL SCHOOL».

Highly experienced teachers graduated & certified in the leading specialized educational institutions in Russia and abroad, were invited to the school.

Thanks to cooperation with our foreign partners, our company offers its clients a great number of services on the international financial markets.

At present the company has accreditation on the biggest world stock exchanges & over-the-counter markets.

For the last few years the company has opened its representative offices in 12 countries around the world.
